This is the Story of the God who once ruled the whole of Universe, suffers in the Dead ends of Triplicane. Using this one line “God comes to the Karuppiah Mansion”, anything could have been shown. However, they have just shown the Puppetry alone.

Santhanam and Ganja Karuppu just do the job of searching jobs. From Mansion to Mess, they lead their life with full of debts everywhere! They face many traumatic situations like being chased from their mansion etc. Then they both go to the Balcony and they both call God, by screaming-“If you are born for a legitimate father come in person before us”. God also appears before them. The remaining film is about the kiosks and the confusions, which happen in the course of the film.

The first condition of God is that-“I will not give money alone”. God goes with Santhanam and Ganja Karuppu, to all the places where all they go. Santhanam craves that his Lover should speak with him. But, God creates opportunity for Santhanam to sing even a Duet with his Lover. God brings a grand Buffet Lunch for them in seconds. As God does not do anything exciting for them, they both loot the Magical instrument and escapes off. (Without that instrument, even God is like Battery-less Torch). Then what happens? Later, it happens for God to sell Groundnuts and lead his life on Earth.
PrakashRaj has acted as the God. Unbelievable Peace and grace is found on his Face. It is very beautiful to watch PrakashRaj being tensed on seeing the foul activities and atrocities taking place by using God’s name and when PrakashRaj gives explanations about the God, to the Atheist Rajesh. The Dialogues spoken by God is not written just like that. The dialogues are written intelligently and sensibly.

Santhanam comes as the only person in the World, who gets the Rose flower for rent. Santhanam’s comedies are very nice. He goes to a job in Coffee Day and joins there. He is insulted by the Owner there. When he gets the chance, he changes it as “Kaiyendhi Day”. During Santhanam’s job interview, the Owner mentions himself as a Wolf. It is funny to watch Santhanam changing that Owner as a real Wolf and locks him in a cage.

In his dream, Ganja Karuppu speaks on the stage. But, suddenly Santhanam enters the stage with a bucket and asks him to take bath. This merge of a dream scene with the reality is unique, special and unseen one. Ganja Karuppu gets a very normal Girl as his pair. What a pity.

Jyothirmayee loves PrakashRaj one-sidedly. However, there is a Duet between them. The shock given by Madhumitha serves like a tonic for the film. Otherwise, will Santhanam through that Magical instrument so easily.

When the youth from the Mansion calls on the God, he reappears before them. But, he appears before them with his Magical instrument, locked with lots of locks. This is very humorous to watch.

In spite of 4 songs in this film, there is no shortage of evergreen hit songs. The graphics, which are used sparingly like scent in the film, is also good. Soundhararajan’s Cinematography is very bright.

If they have tried a little extra, they could have built Temple for the God.
