Normally leading Directors are used to see the fights which start after the 3 Commands Start, Camera and Action. But, the fights which happened yesterday would have given a great shock to the Directors. The Cinema Directors Association Elections has created lots of unprecedented excitements and problems this time. Who is the reason behind all these problems?

The Assistant Directors point their fingers towards the Manager named Baalu who works in the Directors Association. Whoever comes as the Head of the Association, the post of Baalu remains safe for him. Whenever the Assistant Directors go to meet Heroes to narrate the stories, they will be chased by the staffs around the Hero. If they come to register their Membership Card here, Manager Baalu would yell at them and chase them. He is the friend of the Director Selvamani. It is said that-Just by the Selvamani's advice only Baalu does these kinds of things.

Earlier, in the Directors Association, there were 3,500 members including the Assistant Directors. Selvamani played a big part in some of the crucial issues. If, there were members who did not pay their Annual Subscription, they were very cleverly expelled from the Association and they were continuously kept away from the Association. Now the present counting of the members of this Association is approximately 1,500 only. The New Member Registration Charge which was at Rs.250 was increased to Rs.6, 000 by his advice only. How will the Assistant Directors who struggle even for their daily food problems pay this huge amount? The Directors who have directed 1 film were earlier paying a sum of Rs.2, 000. But, now it is increased to Rs.50, 000. But do you know what the Lifetime Subscription charge is for the old Lifetime members in this industry? It is just Rs.2, 000. Some members who do not want to reveal their identity complain that-In spite of collecting this much huge sum, the main cause of worry is there is not even a single Mediclaim policy for these members.

This time the Assistant Directors decided that they only should fight for their Rights and they decided to individually get into the Battleground (Elections). Apart from the Head and the Secretary posts, they decided to contest for all the other posts. Before that they wanted to meet Director BharathiRaja and wanted to speak about their expectations and demands. The Assistant Directors say that-Even this meeting was blocked by Selvamani only. In between this it is said that-Bava, an Assistant Director and a good friend of J.K.Ritesh was attacked by the Selvamani's group. After hearing this, Ritesh has let his supporters against Selvamani's group to control them.

These goondas came to the Director's Association and they attacked the "Nesam Pudhusu" film Director Velmurugan. Not only that, they have also warned that-If these Elections are held, many heads will be rolled away. As usual, the Members of the Directors Association complained to the C.M. He has also ordered the Police to investigate as to what has happened.

Due to these quarrels the Directors Association Elections are postponed for now. Many leading Directors just make noises that the Assistant Directors are the most pitiable creatures in the World. If others try to control them too much this only will happen it seems!
