A 35 minutes Meditation technique classes is to be held in Chennai. The Head of the Nithyanandha Dhyana Peedam and the Guru Paramahamsa Nithyanandha is going to conduct these classes named as Nithya Dhyan freely for the public. These classes are to be conducted in the Anna University in Chennai on 9, 10 and 11 in the evenings. The main aspects of these classes are Shri.Nithyanandar himself will conduct these classes.
